A little something about Wang Chung
Other than that I don't know a damned thing about Wang Chung, and I'm not going to try to hide the fact. Nor am I going to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to learn more about them. What I would like to know, however, is the origin of the name. Apparently it is both a good group name and a physical act, according to the song "Everybody Have Fun Tonight" which suggested that "everybody wang chung tonight." (I sincerely hope this was more than just a ploy to get the name more exposure.)

Update! : According to David Hull, "I saw them on MTV once, about 10 years ago probably, and they were asked where the name came from. They said that it is the sound you make when you strum a guitar down, then back up. So, that's what they named their band." I guess that clears that up!
