h*ll o! I am trying to find a cartoon I used to watch... I am not even sure if it's a show or movie! It was a little mermaid (I think she was blonde with short / medium-length hair), rather young... it wasn't anime, from what I can remember, it must have been either European or American. Does anyone know which cartoon I'm talking about?! It was such a sweet cartoon, I just can't remember..... it's annoying me! Help me, please!

Not sure if this is what you are talking about but there was a cartoon movie that I used to watch with a little mermiad girl and i a sea witch. The mermaid girl lived in this underwater wonderland (it was a song in the movie) and she was friends with a blue dog, a pink cat, and some other animal and they played sea polo and stuff. The mermaid was a princess and of course her father was the king, and the girl wore this pearl necklace and she sang for the community and stuff. She used to visit these two weird guys that ran a candy shop, and then the sea witch and her ocotpus assisitant took the pearl necklace and took control of the world, and all the residents started packiing up and leaving, and then she goes to get it back, does this sound like the movie you are talking about?? I don't know the name for sure but i have it on beta tape and i can check it if this is it. I think it is called sea princess but not sure. Let me know

The Little Mermaid is one of the best cartoon i have ever seen in my childhood days. Actually this is the cartoon series that restored the venerable firm's reputation as the world's premiere animated-feature factory.
